HOW MUCH DOES SOUND HIRE COST IN IBIZA?
Our sound hire packages start from around 350 euros for a basic party setup with delivery. Wedding and corporate packages typically range from 800 to 3,500 euros depending on guest count, venue size and whether you need a sound engineer. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your specific event within 2 hours of your enquiry
DO YOU PROVIDE A SOUND ENGINEER WITH THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes. Every full-service booking includes a dedicated English and Spanish speaking sound engineer who handles setup, live mixing and pack-down. For dry-hire rentals where you prefer to manage the equipment yourself, we still provide a full technical briefing on delivery and remain on call throughout your event.
CAN YOU SET UP FOR EVENTS ANYWHERE ON THE ISLAND?
Absolutely. We deliver and set up across every corner of Ibiza and Formentera, from clifftop villas in Es Cubells to beach clubs in Playa d’en Bossa, rural fincas near Santa Gertrudis and hotel conference rooms in Ibiza Town. Delivery and collection are included in all our packages. Island of Formentera also included

Yes. Subject to equipment availability and crew capacity, we can take on same-day and last-minute installations across Ibiza. Every last-minute request is reviewed and approved case by case, and we will confirm within a couple of hours whether we can cover your event. Contact us directly with the date, venue and the kind of show you need, and we will tell you straight away what we can deliver.
DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SOUND AND LIGHTING PACKAGES?
Yes, and it is our most popular option. Combined packages save between 10 and 15 percent compared to hiring sound and lighting separately. Our team designs a unified technical rider covering both audio and visual elements, which means one point of contact, one setup crew and a seamless production from start to finish.
