Five levels of

Not every event needs the same level of support. We work across five production levels, from the simplest equipment rental to complete technical production.
This allows us to adapt the service to the venue, event format, technical complexity and level of involvement required.
Level 1
Dry Hire
You collect the equipment, or we deliver it, and your own team handles the setup and operation.
This level is designed for experienced clients who already know exactly what equipment they need.
Ideal for: professional DJs, technicians, production companies and clients with their own technical team.
Level 2
Equipment Hire with Setup
We deliver the equipment to the venue, install it, test it and leave it ready to use.
Your team operates the system during the event.
Ideal for: private events, villas, restaurants and venues that need a reliable setup without continuous technical operation.
Level 3
Simple Event Production
We provide the sound, lighting and technical coordination required for a straightforward event.
This may include communication with the DJ, band, venue or event organiser, as well as basic on-site technical support.
Ideal for: private celebrations, small weddings, dinners, corporate presentations and live performances with limited technical requirements.
Level 4
Medium Event Production
A more complete service for events involving several technical areas, suppliers or entertainment elements.
We manage the technical design, planning, supplier coordination and event documentation, without the full production deployment required for our highest level.
Ideal for: larger weddings, corporate events, brand activations, multi-area events and productions involving sound, lighting, video and entertainment.
Level 5
Full Event Production
Our complete production service.
We study the venue, create technical plans and 3D renders, coordinate with planners, venues, suppliers and artists, and prepare a detailed production book covering schedules, access, setup, rehearsals and technical operation.
This level may include several personalised production areas, complex timelines, temporary structures, generators and complete power management.
Ideal for: large weddings, premium private events, MICE events, product launches, concerts and complex productions requiring full technical management.
The same event may require different production levels in different areas. We can combine services to create a technical solution that matches the actual needs of the project.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
From the first brief
to the final load-out
Good event production starts long before the equipment arrives at the venue. Our process is designed to reduce uncertainty, coordinate every technical area and ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Initial Brief
We collect the key information: venue, date, number of guests, event schedule, entertainment programme and technical requirements.
Site Visit and Assessment
When required, we visit the venue to assess access, sound restrictions, electrical capacity, setup areas, weather exposure and technical possibilities.
Technical Design
We define the appropriate sound, lighting, video, staging, power and structural solutions for the project.
Planning and Coordination
We coordinate with the client, planner, venue, artists and suppliers. For larger projects, we prepare technical plans, schedules and production documentation.
Installation and Testing
Our team delivers, installs and tests all equipment before the event begins.
Event Operation
The technical crew manages the production throughout the event, including sound, lighting, video, power and communication between the different areas.
Dismantling
Once the event has finished, we safely dismantle and remove the equipment according to the venue schedule.
