Terms and Conditions

2. Description of Services
WHITE IBIZA CONCEPT SL offers audiovisual equipment rental, transportation, and technical assistance services, exclusively within the island of Ibiza.

3. Booking and Payment Conditions

To confirm a rental, the customer must pay 50% of the total budget as a deposit.
Orders can be placed without the need for user registration.
The minimum age to contract our services is 18 years.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

The customer is fully responsible for the rented equipment unless WHITE IBIZA CONCEPT SL’s technical team is present at the event and in charge of the setup and operation.
In case of damage, loss, or misuse of the rented equipment under the customer’s care, they will be liable for any repair or replacement costs.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from the access or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the Balearic Islands.
