These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules that apply when booking audiovisual equipment and technical services from White Sound Ibiza.

Scope

Description of Services

WHITE IBIZA CONCEPT SL offers audiovisual equipment rental, transportation and technical assistance services exclusively within the island of Ibiza.

Service Area

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the services described in these Terms and Conditions are provided within Ibiza.

Reservations

Booking and Payment Conditions

  • 01

    To confirm a rental, the customer must pay 50% of the total budget as a deposit.

  • 02

    Orders can be placed without the need for user registration.

  • 03

    The minimum age to contract our services is 18 years.

  • 04

    Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed after payment of the required 50% deposit.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds of the booking deposit are determined by the amount of notice provided before the scheduled event or rental date.

Equipment Responsibility

Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • 01

    The customer is fully responsible for the rented equipment unless WHITE IBIZA CONCEPT SL’s technical team is present at the event and in charge of the setup and operation.

  • 02

    In case of damage, loss or misuse of the rented equipment while under the customer’s care, the customer will be liable for any repair or replacement costs.

Important

Responsibility for rented equipment begins when it is placed under the customer’s control and continues until it is returned or collected.

Legal Jurisdiction

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

  • 02

    Any disputes arising from the access or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the Balearic Islands.
