How Structure Hire Works
From the first enquiry to final dismantling, we organise every stage of the process to deliver safe, efficient and well-planned structural solutions for events in Ibiza.
Initial Brief
We start by understanding the event, location, required structure, approximate dimensions and the equipment or scenic elements that need support.
Site Review
We assess access, surface conditions, available space, installation constraints and any practical factors that may affect the structural setup.
Technical Proposal
Based on the project requirements, we define the most suitable solution, whether that means truss systems, stage platforms, risers, support structures or a combination of elements.
Planning & Coordination
Once approved, we coordinate logistics, delivery, installation timing and any related technical requirements with the rest of the production setup.
Installation
Our team installs the structure on site, making sure all components are assembled properly and adapted to the event environment.
Event Support
If required, we remain available during the event to support the installation and ensure everything performs as planned.
Dismantling

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the summer season. Last-minute requests may still be possible depending on equipment and crew availability.
